After her recent stint in jail followed by a trip to rehab Lindsay Lohan is getting back into the groove of everyday life in Los Angeles.
The troubled starlet has returned to her old pastimes - after reportedly partying all night at NYC's Boom Boom Room the troubled starlet is back in Los Angeles where she has been spotted shopping up a storm and lunching out with friends.
Lohan was spotted yesterday leaving Beverly Hills eatery Phillipe Chow after a long lunch with her friend, British socialite Lady Victoria Hervey.

Lohan looked healthy and happy as she rushed to her car, dressed in a baggy white shirt, tiny cut off shorts, big boots and a black felt hat pulled down low.
And it seems Lohan is also making a return to T.V. as U.S. website RadarOnline are reporting that Lohan is set to host the hit comedy show Saturday Night Live on December 4.
This will be the third time hosting the legendary late night show for Lohan, she first appeared in May 2004 and then again in April 2006.
Lohan recently got a chance to work on perfecting her comedic skills as she made a cameo appearance alongside Chelsea Handler at last week's MTV Video Music Awards.
The 24-year-old poked fun at herself and her recent brushes with the law during a pre-taped skit that aired during the opening of the show.
In the skit, Lindsay catches up with Chelsea, 35, backstage at the MTV Video Music Awards and lectures her on the perils of alcoholism.
At one point Lindsay slaps Chelsea on the face, yelling 'Wake up, Handler! Pull it together, you're a mess!
'Do you think anyone wants to work with a drunk? Take it from me they don't!'

Meantime all the major chat shows are scrambling to secure a much coveted first post rehab interview with Lohan.
It was rumoured that Oprah had secured a sit down tell-all to air during her final season of her hit daytime show, but no official announcement has been made.
Lohan is currently preparing for a return to the big screen too. She is scheduled to play troubled adult actress Linda Lovelace in a movie about her life.
Like Lohan, Lovelace also struggled with substance abuse problems throughout her life. The famed porn star died in 2002.
